We are so excited to serve with you all this coming Saturday, December 14th! Below are some very important details for you to know. We look forward to seeing you all Saturday morning!

SPECIAL CHRISTMAS PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

(It's a surprise, so be sure to keep it on the down low)

We are so excited to be partnering with Glynn Cunningham (a teacher at Harper) and Harper Elementary School for a special Christmas project that will bless hundreds of children in our community. This Saturday, with your help, we will be assembling bikes, wrapping bibles, and helping set up for a the biggest "bike drop" giveaway this city has ever seen! The details of when and where to meet are below.

VOLUNTEER GROUP MEETING: (Change in location)

This Saturday morning at 9:30am, all volunteers will be meeting at the the project site, which is the old Collins Pecans Warehouse, located at 523 N. Madison St., Thomasville, GA (across from the Salvation Army). When you arrive, we will have a brief group meeting, where we will give you specific instructions about the projects you will be helping with. If you would like to buy one of our "Be a Light" t-shirts, you can do so for $10 when you arrive as well. Breakfast items will be provided.

"BE A LIGHT" T-SHIRTS:

If you already have a "Be a Light" t-shirt, be sure to wear it. If you would like to buy a t-shirt, please bring $10 (Cash, Check, or Debit/Credit). All the proceeds go towards future Project Backyard service project events in Thomasville. (Note: We are currently limited on sizes, but we are ordering more for next month.)

YOUTH VOLUNTEER SUPERVISION:

Youth under the age of 14 must be accompanied by someone that is 16 years old or older. We require this for the safety of the child and so that each volunteer has a positive experience while serving with us.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE HOURS:

For all volunteers who need community service forms signed, please bring them to the group meeting, where one of our staff will be happy to sign the form. You can also send the form as a PDF via email at info@projectbackyard.com, so we can digitally sign the form.
