THANKSGIVING SET UP TEAM

FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH VOLUNTEERS:

(SET UP & FOOD PREP TEAMS)

All set up volunteers will be meeting on Wednesday, November 26th from 5pm-8pm at the Thomasville High School Cafeteria (address below). When you arrive, we will give you further instructions on what jobs need to be done for set up and food preparations. Below are some important details for you to know:

• Date: Wednesday, November 26, 2025

• Time: 5:00pm-8:00pm (If you cannot serve the entire time, that is ok. We are grateful for whatever time you can give)

• Location: Thomasville High School Cafeteria (315 S. Hansell St., Thomasville, GA) (Get Directions)

• What to Wear: If you want to help with food preparations, be sure to bring a hat or hair net.

***WINTER CLOTHES NEEDED***

This year as part of our Thanksgiving Day Event, we will be offering a winter clothes giveaway to the community, so if you have any winter coats, sweaters, sweatshirts, blankets, pants, etc...we would love to take them off your hands to give them away to those who need them most. If you want to donate winter clothes, please bring them with you to the THS Cafeteria on Wednesday.

*** DESSERTS NEEDED***

We are in need of prepared desserts to give away on Thanksgiving Day. If you would like to help us with this, please bring your desserts to the Thomasville High School Cafeteria (315 S. Hansell, St., Thomasville, GA) on Wednesday, November 24th between 5pm-8pm. (Dessert Suggestions: Cookies, Brownies, Cakes, Pies, or anything that can be divided into portions).
