A New Year. A New Look.

We are so excited about all that God has planned for 2014.  In honor of the new year, we decided to redesign our logo with the help of our friends, Max Carter and James Barnett (Founder of Clothe Your Neighbor as Yourself).  Inspired by Isaiah 58:10, we chose the lightbulb as our logo to communicate that we, as Christians, are called to be "LIGHT" in a dark world, and we shine brightest when we join together in a united effort to love and serve those in need in our own backyard.  The flame at the center represents the source of all light and the "fire"(presence) that lives within us, Jesus.  He is the heartbeat of everything we do and our motivation for showing love to the world.

"If you spend yourself in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, your light will rise in the darkness and your night will become like the noonday." (Isaiah 58:10 NIV)
